Eugenia is the MedEquip Depot associate that went way passed above and beyond to assist me with my order. After submitting my order, Eugenia got the task of notifying me that the manufacturer's drop-ship pricing was significantly higher than expected. I was outraged by the drastic increase and honestly my response was rude and unpleasant. I also provided multiple suggestions that I felt needed to be implemented to prevent this type of situation in the future. Eugenia maintained her professionalism, friendliness and patience throughout all correspondence. She worked her magic to find a solution, negotiating the shipping terms with the manufacturer, ultimately bringing the shipping cost down as much as possible. It took a while for the items to ship out, but Eugenia maintained communication. Then instead of the order getting delivered to my destination, it was sent to the MedEquip warehouse. Eugenia immediately made it a point to get in contact with me to make arrangements for her to personally deliver the items to me! Unheard of! The thought  of her coming made me anxious bc no longer could I hide behind my emails. But I was intrigued to meet the person who sets the precedent of what exemplary customer service is. When she arrived, I felt nothing but genuine positive energy and she even brought me a little bag of treats. Just like mom used to say... "kill them with kindness!" Eugenia is truly a phenomenal person and valuable asset and I truly appreciate all of her efforts!

I hope that MedEquip Depot knows what gems they have in both Cheri and John, who contacted me later in the purchase process!

The items I ordered had come through a supplier no longer authorized by the manufacturer, and Cheri took the time to engage with a prior supplier and got the order placed with them!

I was actually stunned that a person would take the time that she invested in working with the prior supplier for my small order, while keeping me updated throughout; this type of customer service and caring for customers is unusual today! My father is so appreciative he has the cannula that is comfortable for him (really soft tubing) - annd the irritation he had from the other brand he used is gone. I will be ordering all related products from this site in the future!!

We just had a baby in the office - she was born last Wednesday evening, I held her Friday - on her way home only 6.9 lbs, Beautiful little girl.  She will be the recipient of the other powder.
