Cashback Growth Rewards Program
At MedEquip Depot, we believe in rewarding loyalty and growth. Our Cashback Growth Rewards Program gives back to customers who expand their purchases with us year-over-year - and helps you save on future orders throughout the first half of the year.
How It Works
- Each January, your total purchases from the prior calendar year are automatically compared to your baseline year.
- If your purchases are higher, you automatically earn cashback credits on the incremental growth (not on your entire spend).
- Credits are issued in two ways:
- 25% of your total credits unlock immediately in January.
- The remaining 75% unlocks in equal monthly installments (15% each month) from February through June.

- Each month’s portion must be used in the month it becomes available. For flexibility, credits may be carried forward one month only - after that, they expire.
⚠️ Eligibility: Customers must have made purchases in the prior calendar year to establish a baseline. Accounts with no purchases in the baseline year are not eligible for cashback credits.
Reward Tiers
The more you grow, the more you earn:

Example: If you spent $50,000 one year and $70,000 the next, your growth is $20,000. At the 1.5% tier, you’ll earn $300 in credits. You’ll receive $75 right away in January (25%), and $45 per month from February through June (15% each month).

When will my cashback credits be applied?

How do I qualify for cashback?
Your purchases must exceed your prior year’s baseline. Cashback applies only to the growth amount above your prior year’s spend.
What if I didn’t purchase in the prior year?
If no purchases were made in the prior calendar year, there is no baseline to measure growth, and therefore no cashback credits can be issued. New customers may begin qualifying once they have an established baseline year.
Can I redeem credits for cash?
No. Credits are issued as store credits and can only be applied to MedEquip Depot orders.
How long do I have to use my credits?
Each month’s portion must be used in the month it becomes available. Credits may be carried forward one month only. After that, they expire.
Is there a minimum or maximum credit?
- Minimum: You must grow by at least 5% year-over-year to qualify.
- Maximum: Credits are capped at the 2.5% tier for growth above 100%.
Do all purchases count toward growth?
Yes — all direct MedEquip Depot purchases are included, regardless of product type.
Cashback Growth Rewards credits are automatically calculated each January and distributed as follows: 25% released immediately in January, and the remaining 75% released in equal monthly installments (15% each) from February through June. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of the following month and cannot be carried forward beyond that. Eligibility requires purchases in the prior calendar year. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and must be redeemed on qualifying orders. MedEquip Depot reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
