Cashback Growth Rewards Program
At MedEquip Depot, we believe in rewarding loyalty and growth. The Cashback Growth Rewards Program recognizes customers who increase their purchasing with us year over year and provides savings on future orders throughout the first half of the year.
How It Works
- Each January, your total purchases from the prior calendar year (the award year) are compared to your baseline year.
- Cashback credits are earned only on the incremental growth above your baseline, not on your total spend.
Baseline Year Calculation
To ensure fair and consistent comparisons across different purchasing patterns, MedEquip Depot applies the following baseline rules.
Minimum Activity Requirement
To establish a valid baseline, customers must have purchasing activity in at least 3 separate months during the baseline year.
Accounts with fewer than 3 purchasing months are not eligible for cashback credits until sufficient baseline activity is established.
Annualization Rule
- If a customer placed orders in all 12 months of the baseline year, the baseline is the actual total spend for that year.
- If a customer placed orders in fewer than 12 months (but at least 3 months), the baseline year is considered incomplete and is calculated using an annualized average.
- If a customer placed orders in all 12 months of the award year, the award spend is the actual total spend for that year.

How Annualization Works
- Total baseline and/or award-year purchases are divided by the number of months with purchasing activity to determine the average monthly spend.
- That average is multiplied by 12 to create an annualized amount.
Cashback Credit Distribution
If your award-year purchases exceed your calculated baseline:
- 25% of your earned credits unlock immediately in January
- The remaining 75% unlocks in equal monthly installments (15% each) from February through June
Each month’s credits must be used in the month they become available. Credits may be carried forward one additional month only, after which they expire.
Reward Tiers
The more you grow, the more you earn:

Example: Annualized Baseline
A customer placed 4 orders during the baseline year, totaling $40,000, with purchases occurring in 4 separate months.
- Average monthly spend:
$40,000 ÷ 4 months = $10,000 - Annualized baseline:
$10,000 × 12 = $120,000
If the customer’s award-year purchases total $138,000, the growth is:
- $138,000 − $120,000 = $18,000 growth
Cashback is calculated on the $18,000 growth, based on the applicable reward tier.

Yes. All direct MedEquip Depot purchases are included, regardless of product type.

Program Terms
Cashback Growth Rewards credits are calculated annually each January and distributed as follows: 25% released immediately in January and the remaining 75% released in equal monthly installments (15% each) from February through June. Eligibility requires a baseline year with purchases in at least three separate months. Baseline and award-year purchases are annualized whenever purchasing activity occurred in fewer than twelve months. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and must be redeemed on qualifying MedEquip Depot orders. MedEquip Depot reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
