The Flowin Pro Exerciser Slide Board is a friction training system designed for improving stability, mobility, strength, balance, speed and power. Developed by fitness professionals, friction training consists of a specialized board and friction pads. With exercises based on high friction, the system provides resistance along the horizontal, vertical, rotational and diagonal vectors. It's training that builds strength, power and mobility without the use of weights. Friction training offers a total fitness solution via a versatile training system with a multitude of workout options. Everything needed to gain the full benefits of the Flowin System is here including the resistance slide board and 5 Friction Pads (2 each for hands and feet, 1 for knee). Users have access to the On-Demand, Online Flowin Gym. Taught by Flowin instructors, these workout programs provide the best techniques, tips and advice for getting the most out of your Flowin board. Access to Flowin's complete library of back-catalog training sessions is also included via the user's personal code. The Flowin Pro Slide Board arrives flat. It features more than 15 sq. ft. of exercise space! The user controls the amount of friction exertion for a customized workout at the difficulty level of choice. Ideal for home or multi-use environments as the board easily slides under a bed or leaned up against a wall for easy, out-of-the-way storage.
