Nine factory preset programs are offered against 40 levels of resistance. These programs include Manual, Hill, Fat burn, Cardio, HIIT, Interval, Watts, Strength and Heart rate. If a program isn't what's wanted, this unit also has a Quick Start option. Contact and wireless heart rate monitoring options are also included to make workouts more effective. The CE900 has a 450 lb. weight capacity and comes with a fully illustrated assembly guide and instruction manual. Assembly is required. The console displays Speed, Calories burned, Time (elapsed or countdown), Distance traveled and Heart rate. It is also a tablet friendly reading rack.
