XtreemNek is designed to assist you in properly performing the chin tuck exercises, with resistance for strength building and endurance. It can be used as part of a treatment or rehabilitation program recommended by your healthcare provider or as part of your regular exercise and strength training routine. This device features a 4-inch range of motion, as recommended by physiotherapists. It comes with 10, 20 and 30 pound resistance bands with a secure locking system.
