The Stretchy Tiger is 80" of self-help for those with a limited range-of-motion. It allows users to stretch safely while providing the extra length and support to stretch exercises. Multiple loops, 13 of them, help to safely mobilize joints. The Tiger facilitates stretching of the hamstrings, the side of the body, triceps, lower back and thighs. Designed so that the available loops can accommodate hands, arms, legs and feet. Built for whole-body stretches, but more commonly used for legs and shoulder stretches. The Stretchy Tiger allows for self-assisted stretching, which reduces the risk of injury. Rather, it encourages users to stretch according to their own personal comfort level. It's the ideal tool for those looking to increase flexibility and safely mobilize joints. The Tiger compliments pre-workout stretches and warm-ups and is a great companion for Yoga practice/Pilates classes, personal therapy and physical therapy sessions. Made of 100% nylon, so it is Latex-free and easily foldable to store or travel with.
