This DVD features Functional Training expert Frank Th?mes as he leads viewers through back and physiotherapy training using the Airex mats. As Airex mats are a unique training tool and program, they have a unique training concept. The total approach to training incorporates the entire body. Starting with the functional relationships of anatomy, training and exercises focus on a number of areas including the musculature that holds the body upright (extensors), the resistance musculature (core) and user flexibility. This is training at the highest functional level and allows users to get the most out of their Airex mats. The DVD is in English. Please note, this is the DVD only. Airex mats are available separately. Duration of the DVD is approximately 37 minutes. No additional equipment or accessories are needed for training. Only an Airex mat, a supporting surface and an attitude of wanting to be fit. Back and physiotherapy training is a modern concept for patients as well as most physiotherapists. Ideal for individual at-home use or for spas and facilities. Program uses an integrative approach with full body exercises.
