The shielded rear drum braking mechanism for improved dual rear braking and increased service life by reducing wheel/brake wear and maintenance. The height adjustable tiller/steering column features textured, slip-resistant hand grips and an adjustable locking hand brake for maximum security. The Roscoe Knee Scooter is equipped with an easy folding mechanism that collapses using a thumb release lever and fits beneath the raised knee platform for ease of storage and transportation.
