USA PERMAFOAM® NON-ADHESIVE & PERMAFOAM® 15713113 Foam Membrane Dressing, 4in. x 4in., PermaFoam Comfort Adhesive, Sterile, 10/bx, 6bx/cs Absorbs wound exudate and wicks fluid away from wound bed. High MVTR. Unsurpassed fluid handling. Conformable, comfortable, breathable and waterproof outer membrane. Conforms to hard-to-dress areas and it's easy to cut and shape for special applications. PermaFoam Comfort adheres securely to cover and protect wound. Latex free.

- Polyurethane foam dressing with polyacrylate adhesive border designed to absorb wound exudate
- Waterproof and vapor permeable top film
- Border design requires no additional materials for securement
- Dressing is sterile and can remain in place for up to 7 days
Application:
How to apply:
- Clean and dry the wound area per protocol prior to application.
- Select the appropriate dressing size according to the wound. Note that dressing can be cut to size if necessary.
- Remove the release films and apply the adherent side to the wound. Do not stretch.
- The dressing should overlap the dry surrounding skin by at least 4 to 8 inches (1-2cm).
- The frequency of replacing the dressing depends on the patient’s condition and exudate level. Wear time is no more than 7 days.
