*iGOTCHA Safety Harness is a security aide for wheelchair users, specifically designed to help prevent most falls from ever happening. Its simple, patented design is easy enough for the elderly to put on and remove as they need, but secure enough so that it provides the support and safety required. 

*iGOTCHA is made of strong materials and can be opened from the front or the back. The back goes around the back of the wheelchair ---not the patient----for easy access. It holds them upright in the chair and is adjustable at many different points for comfort. If the caregiver needs to release the patient quickly they can open the male/female buckle from the back of the wheelchair and the patient is totally free to be moved from the chair. No strings to untie and the patient is safe and not sliding around or slipping out of the chair.

*The front is attached with Velcro. The patient or caregiver can pull the tab separating the Velcro and releasing the patient. If the patient does not have the strength they might need help but fewer falls occur when they call for help. If they cannot call for help they would need to have caregivers available for frequent checks but you at least know they are secure and not bedbound which leads to even greater problems.

*Patient is held in an upright position which promotes good posture aiding in breathing, swallowing and digestion. Good posture decreases pain in neck, shoulders and back.
