PPE Terms

  • The COVID-19 pandemic continues to significantly impact the global supply chain. MedEquip Depot is working with impacted suppliers to obtain the product in a timely manner. We continue to follow allocation processes on infection prevention products, including masks, syringes, collection tubes, and disinfectants. Please remember that all orders for masks, hand sanitizer, disinfectants, COVID diagnostic tests, and other PPE are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Thank you for your continued cooperation.
  • If you need PPE products quickly, we recommend ordering through THIS LINK, which contains a list of protective supplies we stock at our warehouse in Dallas or that are currently in transit to our warehouse. 

  • PPE Prices are based on the lot available at the time of sale and may change when a new lot is loaded into the system.

  • All PPE orders are final and we cannot make adjustments/offer refunds on orders that have been submitted already.

  • Lead times on PPE products listed on our website (except those that we stock) are not highly accurate. Unfortunately we have not received lists of affected SKUs from the manufacturers, so we have to check them one by one upon request. To verify the lead time on a PPE product, please email

  • We are not processing orders for backordered PPE products at this time, as we are not able to cancel them with the manufacturers due to changes in their terms and conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic. 

  • If you place an order for a PPE product that is on extended backorder, we will void the transaction, return the funds, and recommend a substitute whenever possible. We may make exceptions in certain cases, after discussing the situation with you. Please note that those special orders we accept to process cannot be cancelled or refunded, independent of how long it takes to deliver them. ETAs are fluid at this time and can be pushed back repeatedly.
